ZAVOD is an internal pipeline built by our team to script, generate, edit, and review short-form video at scale, using LLM orchestration over commercial generative media APIs and human-in-the-loop review for every release.
What ZAVOD does
2. Script + storyboard
An LLM-orchestrated chain (routed through our internal gateway) drafts script + scene breakdown, then validates against editorial rules.
3. Asset generation
Generative media APIs (image / video / TTS) produce raw clips. We do not train or redistribute models — we are an API consumer.
4. Assembly
FFmpeg pipeline composes scenes, captions, transitions; output rendered to MP4 with consistent frame budget.
5. Human review
Every render passes through an editor. No fully-autonomous publishing. Approvals tracked per asset.
6. Distribution
Approved assets are exported. Distribution is handled by the editorial team on the chosen platform.
Status
ZAVOD is in internal pilot. We are not currently selling access. The pipeline runs daily for our own editorial team.
Compliance
- All third-party APIs are accessed under their published Terms of Service with paid commercial keys.
- Generated media is reviewed and labelled internally before any external use.
- Personal data we receive (account, billing) is processed per our Privacy Policy.
